She is survived by: her child Chris Tate of Bartlesville; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer Tate (Curtiss) of Bartlesville Ok, Jamie Tate (Craig) of Grove Ok and Christina Tate of Bartlesville; her brother Scotty Cookson of Tahlequah Ok; and her grandchildren, Carlee, Drew Williams of Bartlesville, Clay, Jennifer Tate of Bartlesville, Lexi, Ben Jordan of Owasso Ok, Mitch, Te'Angela Tate of Bartlesville, Victoria Tate of Bartlesville Ok and Cody Tate of Bartlesville Ok.
