He is survived by: his wife Mandy Stark-Turnbull; his children, Peyton Wayne Turnbull and Krystall Davis; his parents, Randall B. Turnbull and Brenda Susan Hoppock-Turnbull; and his siblings, David Randall Turnbull, Melvin "Wayne" Turnbull, Ullajean Conner, Sulaine Turnbull-Locke and Onalea Turnbull. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and brother & sister in-laws.
