She was predeceased by: her parents, GlenRoy Billbe and Bobbie Billbe (Hall); her husband Charles McDougan (Chuck); her sister Babs Cline; and her granddaughter Lindsey McDougan.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Lee Ann) and Marc (Lisa); her grandchildren, Molly (Patrick McCay), Andrew (Stefanie McDougan), Kylee (Jimmy Allen) and JonMarc (Sarah McDougan); and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Ethan, Carson, Sullivan, Isla, Rory, Savi and AnnLee. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
