She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale E. Willis and Kathleen Willis of Virginia; and her sisters, Nancy Conley and Linda Willis. She is survived by: her husband John C. Scott; and her children, Ellen Fernandez of Bartlesville, Robbin Thomas (Troy) of Bartlesville and Robert Scott (Vanessa) of Maine. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
