She was predeceased by : her mother Edna Pendleton; and her sister Rita Pendleton. She is survived by : her husband Rick Smith; her siblings, Mike Pendleton (Kathy) of Wann and Theresa Hart of Granite City; her children, Shawn Sumner (Shelley) of Bartlesville and Shelly Coyne of Ramona; and her stepsons, Rodney Smith (Cheyenne) of Bartlesville and Matthew Smith (Brandee) of Sedan, Kansas.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
