He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Eubanks (Villa); his children, Chris Eubanks (Trish) and Christy Burns; his brothers, Jerry Eubanks and Mark Eubanks (Elaine); and his grandchildren, Justin Gildon (Kaitlyn), Christian Brown (Sabrina) and Kayla Eubanks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
