She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie E. Walker and Myrtle Walker; her husband Don W. Cummings; her son Bobby Joe Cummings; her brothers, Donald and Kenneth Walker; and her grandson Charles "Cody" Cummings.
She is survived by: her stepmother Velma Walker; and her children, Wayne Cummings, Randy Cummings and Victoria Gravlee. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Journey Home (900 NE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006).
