He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Stittsworth; his stepson Reed Taylor of Bartlesville; his children, Dana Combs of Bartlesville and Nathan Combs of Boliver, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Jocelyn Stittsworth of Ada, Susan Whitson of Ardmoe, Patrick Stittsworth of Owasso and Bill (Amy Stittsworth) of Enid. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
