He is survived by: his wife Sara; his stepchildren, Tina Rene Morgan of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Timothy Glenn Morgan of Adamsville, Alabama; his daughter-in-law Marilyn Jo Lewis of Bartlett, Tennessee; and his granddaughter Dr. Kylie Lane Lewis (Joe) of Georgia.
