She is survived by: her daughters, Mildred L. Leffler of Independence, KS, Laura F. Ricks of Bartlesville, Sandra D. Tuttle of Tacoma, WA and Alice D. Brantley of Bartlesville; her siblings, Raymond Fugate of Bartlesville, OK, Charles Fugate of Ochelata, OK, Russell Fugate of Bartlesville and Delores Ramsey of Bartlesville; her grandchildren, Loretta L. Leffler, Patrick E. Leffler, Stephanie C. Shrum, Chante L. Tuttle, Devon T. Powell, Darlene Wadsworth and Ashley D. Brantley; and her great grandchildren, Christepher T. Shrum, Zayden G. Shrum, Zariah C. Shrum, Ocean Thompson, Sanden Thompson, Syirr Tuttle, Siniah Tuttle and Serya Tuttle.
