He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lovendahl and Signe Lovendahl; his wife Betty Jean Lovendahl; and his siblings, Gladys Johnson and Dwain Lovendahl.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Lovendahl (Jennifer), Cathy Walden (Ed) and Bruce Lovendahl; his grandchildren, Heather Smith and Michael; and his great grandchild Gunnar Smith.
