He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wayne and Ollie Irene Harbour (Dixon); and his siblings, Ray and Lola Wayne Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Debra Hollopeter (Troy) and Mark Harbour (Ronda); his grandchildren, Ryan Brashear, Justin Harbour (Jenifer), Stacy Shull (Abby), Jessica Fowler (Justin), Bridget Vogt (Hal), Amanda White (James) and Colby Hollopeter (Amy); his great grandchildren, Ryanna, Josie, Jade, Mack, Madison, Eliza, Morgan, Adriane, Tyler and Connor; and his great great grandchild Charlotte.
