He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Hawkins and Grace Hawkins (Stiles); and his brothers, Jim and David Billbe. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Vivian Billbe and Evelyn Billbe; his daughter Lynne Harris (Justin); his grandchildren, Jena and Holly; his son Shawn Hawkins (Kelli); his grandchildren, Tayler Hawkins (Jade), Zach Vaughan, Lindsey Hill (Dave) and Shane Hawkins (Evilay); and his great grandchildren, Keaton Harris (Haley), Raylee Hill, Layla, Finley Hill and Thiago Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
