He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Puckett and Ruby Puckett (Passmore); his wife June; his son Tony; his grandson Laren Puckett; and his daughter-in-law Harriett Puckett.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradley, Tim and Chris (Dede); his grandsons, Jason (Riley), Ryan and Bradley; his great grandchildren, Spencer Puckett, Gia Puckett, Lylah and Asher; and his friend Billy Combs. He is also survived by aunt, numerous nieces and nephews.
