She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Cunningham and Mae Cunningham (Taylor); her husbands, Bob Blackwell, Don Venable and Chuck Bowker; her siblings, Lawrence, Frankie, Alley, Ivan Cunningham, Floreen Cunningham, Cordelia Bradford, Leona Brown, Maxine Cell and Betty Durkee; and her son Tommy Blackwell.
She is survived by : her children, Freddie Blackwell (Andrea Wilson), Joyce (Marvin Myers), Glen (Trinka Blackwell), Melvin (Clydene Blackwell), Marty Brisco (Dennis Venable) of Amarillo Texas and Leanne Smith of Laverne.
