He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Bond and Marguerete Bond; and his brother Delbert. He is survived by: his wife Karen Bond; his children, Belinda Leatherman (Jim) of Canadian, Texas and Darron Bond (Candace) of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; his brother Dennis Bond (Sue); his sisters-in-law, Gale Redway (Cecil) and Christie Sherrill (Robert); and his granddaughters, Lauren, Brittany, Camryn, Rachel, Jamie, Michelle, Sarah and Kimberly. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and many more relatives and friends.
Despite his struggle with Parkinson's disease, his faith in Jesus never wavered.
