He is survived by: his wife Terri Howell; his children, Jerrod Howell (Alainee), Cassandra Burden (Correy), Paige Howell and Josh Andersen; and his grandchildren, Kamden, Clayton, Keira, Serenity and Remingtyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
