He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Mobley and Annie May Mobley (Lowe); his former life partner Charlene Bowie; his brother Buddy Mobley; and his grandson Hayden Witchey.

He is survived by : his wife Liz Maskus; his children, Cheryl Custer (Tom), Curtis Mobley of Laverne, OK, Susan Mobley of Edmond, OK, Mark Mobley (Barbara) of Hodges, SC., Stephanie Maskus Brown (Gary) of Woodland Park, CO, Erica Maskus Colvert of Tulsa, OK and Jeffery Maskus (Lisa) of Denver, CO.; his grandchildren, Amber Newton, Samantha Terrell, Jacob Custer, Hannah Zapata, Brett Mobley, Michael Custer, Drew Davis, Charley Mobley, Tyler Mobley, Lauren Maskus, Lily Colvert, Brynn Colvert, Evan Maskus and Ford Colvert; his siblings, Joan Schribner and Steve Mobley; and his stepsister Alta Turner.
