He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo, Gerald Toon of Beggs, Pamela Marie, Scott Kautz of Beggs and Joe Bill Jr. (Billy) of Bellingham, Washington; and his grandchildren, Amber Dawn (Peewee), Bobbie Jo (B. J.), Gerald Ray (J. R.), Tristina Jo (Punky), Alexander Gray, Lillie Pauline, Aaron Scott and Cody (Eli). He is also survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
