He was predeceased by: his father Homer Jewell Goolsby. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lee Rowland (Glosson) of Durant, Oklahoma; his son Jason Goolsby of Durant, Oklahoma; his siblings, Glen of Bokoshe, Homer French of Mead, Oklahoma and Mary Brackett of Calera, Oklahoma; and his granddaughters, Angela Marie Goolsby and Rylynn Alexandria Goolsby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, as well as other extended family.
