He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foster and Marie Foster (Clay); his wife Bernice Foster (Huskey); his son Mikie; and his siblings, Clara Mae Francisco (Todd), Wilma Helscel, Kay Cooper, Sue Wallace and Russell Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jr. (Marsha) and Linda Frakes (Foster); and his grandchildren, Jason Foster, Josh Foster (Brandy), Kylie Frakes and Ryan Frakes. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
In retirement, he spent his time traveling with friends and family, "working" at the golf course with his buddies, and at the "office" (casino), donating money, as he liked to say.
