He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foster and Marie Foster (Clay); his wife Bernice Foster (Huskey); his son Mikie; and his siblings, Clara Mae Francisco (Todd), Wilma Helscel, Kay Cooper, Sue Wallace and Russell Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jr. (Marsha) and Linda Frakes (Foster); and his grandchildren, Jason Foster, Josh Foster (Brandy), Kylie Frakes and Ryan Frakes. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home (3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home and Chapel (3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
In retirement, he spent his time traveling with friends and family, "working" at the golf course with his buddies, and at the "office" (casino), donating money, as he liked to say.
