He is survived by: his son Rick Miller (Donna); his grandsons, Colby Miller (Megan) and Cory Miller (Rebecca); his grandson-in-law Joshua Caswell; his great grandchildren, Iker Miller, Scout, Bo Miller, Axel and Abel Caswell; and his brother Alfred Miller.
