She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Standley and Howard Ralph Yost; her former husband Wayne Weber Gausman; her son Rickey Gausman; and her husband Jerry Lawson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Carole Murray, Susan Gail Rosa, Deborah Ann Avey and Nancy Danna Rogers; her sister Georgia Kerr; Boo. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
