Edgar Gene Douglas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edgar Gene Douglas (Bethany, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Douglas and Mildred Douglas; and his son Stan Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Brent Douglas (Patrice) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Patrick Douglas of Edmond, Phillip Douglas of Edmond, Seth Douglas (Valerie) of Phoenix, Arizona, Bonnie Allen (Russell) of LaGrange, Georgia, Caleb Douglas (Hannah) of Syracuse and Caroline Stephens (Mitch) of Williamston; and his sister Donna House of Houston. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Crossings Community Chapel (14600 Portland Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73134).
