She was predeceased by: her husband Jack D. Humphrey; her son Clayton Dale Humphrey; her son-in-law Ron Payne; her grandson Jon Payne; and her former husband Wayne Boothe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karel Kay Payne of Stillwater and Jocille Macaroni Kamphaus; her son-in-law Tim Kamphaus of Yukon; her nephew Joe Lane of Amarillo; her niece Kathy Smith of Yukon; her grandchildren, Shelly Kamphaus Taylor (Craig Taylor), Kristi Payne Leonard (Ran Leonard), Stacey Kamphaus Steiner, Jessica Kamphaus (Aaron Pratt) of AustinTX and Renae Bagzis (Mike Bagzis) of Cheyenne, OK.; and her great grandchildren, Preston Taylor, Payton Leonard, Karoline Leonard, Drue Taylor, Jackson Steiner, Caden Taylor and Nathan Steiner.
