He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Arlene Dockum (Hinkle) and Arthur Harlen Dockum; and his sister Arlys Harlene Dockum Ward. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Rhae Dockum Newton, Nancy Carol Dockum Davis and Donald Lee Dockum; and his daughter Melissa Tate Dockum.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercer-Adams Chapel (3925 N Asbury Ave, Bethany, OK 73008). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethany First Church of the Nazarene (6789 NW 39th Expy, Bethany, OK 73008).
