She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilburn Hiley Lunsford, Sr. of Minco, OK and Lillie Louise Blakley Lunsford of Bethany, OK.; her former life partner Dean Leroy Simmons; her brother Wilburn Hiley Lunsford, Jr.; her son Timothy Lee Simmons; and her son-in-law Russell Jay Harris.

She is survived by : her children, Patty Jean Simmons-Harris, Brenda Kay Simmons and Michael Dean Simmons; and her daughter-in-law Christi Simmons. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
