He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee Foster and Naomi Harp Foster; and his siblings, Charles Foster, Dan Foster and Dorothy Foster Bloom.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Foster; his son David; his daughter-in-law Wendy Foster; his children, John Foster, Elizabeth Graham, Tra and Lam Nguyen; his grandchildren, Alex Graham, Ellis Hubert Graham, Nick Graham, Katie Foster Wyatt, Garrett Foster, Nina Nguyen and Nicole Nguyen; and his sister Helen Foster Paige. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
