With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mervel Coil (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Coil and Edith Coil; and his siblings, Loma, Dwight and Karlene.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Coil (Verla) and Sandy Ferrell (Craig); his grandchildren, Sara, Connor, Madison, Spencer, Regan, Katrina, Sawyer, Lindsey and Jamie; his great grandchildren, Wade, Sam, Cole and Evie; and his sister Gigi Gilroy.
