She was predeceased by: her parents, W. R. Franklin and Rilla Franklin (Hanner); and her husband Billy Leon Sipes. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Brill, David Sipes (Becki), Richard Sipes (Linda), Pamela Barnes (Rick) and Robert Sipes; and her grandchildren, Marc Brill (Erin), Lori Sipes, Kelli Sipes (Jacson Melvin), Sheri Patterson (Jared), Bill Sipes (Tosha), Melodie Bucher (Bryan), Zachary Sipes and Caleb Sipes (Madison). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be designated for missions at Metroplex Church of the Nazarene.
