She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Cochran and Francis Cochran (Gill); and her sisters, Violet Grossman and Iona Neel. She is survived by: her husband James F. Manners; her sons, James R. Manners and Michael D. Manners; and her sister Ruby Pearson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
