She is survived by: her husband Tom Mitscher; her daughters, Sharon Bush of Pueblo, Colorado, Diane McQuigg of Laguna Woods, California and Cyndi Garcia of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her son-in-law Conrad Garcia of Oklahoma City; her siblings, Carolyn Daniels of Oklahoma City, Dorothy Allen of Arcadia, Larry Jeffrey of Oklahoma City and Russ Jeffrey of Dallas, Texas; and her sister-in-law Deborah Jeffrey of Oklahoma City.
