He was predeceased by: his parents, John Castleberry and Frances Castleberry; his wife Helen Louise Conway; and his siblings, Vivian Wilson, Jean Roberts, Bobbie Fay, Jerry Castleberry and Ted Castleberry.
He is survived by: his niece Joanie Brehm; and his nephew Wade Hiney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Southern Nazarene University.
