We are sad to announce that, on March 28, 2026, Richard Wayne Stipes of Bethany, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stipes and Nancy Stipes; and his brother Hugh Stipes. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Stipes; his sister Jeanette Beck; his children, Brad (Aliese Stipes) and Hayleigh (Cody Bowen); and his grandchildren, Carson Bowen, Jackson Bowen, Lyla Bowen and Theo Stipes.
