We announce the death of Richard D. Willman in Bethany, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 74. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Richard will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Richard will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Richard’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Willman and Mabel Willman. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughter Kari; and his granddaughter Anna. He is also survived by his family; his racing family; and his many friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home (3002 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be considered to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Richard's honor.
