As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Sharlene may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her husband Norman R. Dillard; and her son Rick W. Dillard. She is survived by: her parents, Harold Clark Scott and Wanda Naomi Murphey Scott; her son Mike; her mother-in-law Joni; her daughter-in-law Cathy Dillard Byrum (Ronnie); and her great grandchildren, Derick (family: Jill, Sam, Freddy), Dan (family: Deena, Jaxon, Brady, Maddox), Tara Dillard Palmer (family: Jake, Nova) and Tony (family: Paige, Noah, Eden).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mercer-Adams Chapel (3925 N Asbury Ave, Bethany, OK 73008). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
