She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Robert Hodgson and Chantel Hodgson (Ethington); her husband Harold Beals; and her siblings, Jeanine Herbaugh, Arlys Edmonds, Marlin Hodgson and Bob Hodgson.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Lynette Beals (John) and Kevin Reid Beals (Pam); her grandchildren, Leigha Day, Jana Stewart (Jonathan), Krista Braaten, Jared Willard (Claudia), Reid Beals and Corey Beals; her great grandchildren, Max Willard, Samatha Willard, Charlotte Stewart and Shephard Stewart; and her sister Sherrill Holcomb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bethany First Church of the Nazarene Missions.
