He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cowper and Jean Cowper; his grandparents, William F. Cowper, Norma Welty, Albert Bays, Pearl Williamson, Otis, Hattie Brazeal, Rev. Hardy and Effie Monks; his sisters, Claudia Goff, Jennifer Crist and Janet Sparkman; and his parents-in-law, Junior and Pauline Brazeal.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Kay Brazeal Cowper; his daughter Lisa M. Gregory; his son-in-law Levi Gregory; and his brother Jonathan Cowper.
