With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard George Culp (Billings, Oklahoma), born in Enid, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Culp and Wilhemina Culp (Bill); and his brother Burt (KayDonna). He is survived by: his wife Karen Jean Durkee Culp; his children, Jeff Culp (Doris McAbee), Todd Culp (Tresa) and Lori Howry (Tommy); his grandchildren, Tate, Trigg Culp, Grace, Brett and Hartly Howry; and his great grandchild Bryden Best.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Billings Christian Church (160 E Weaver St, Billings, OK 74630). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Billings Union Cemetery or the Billings Christian Church.
