He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn R. Rhoads and Vicki A. Parsley Rhoads; and his brother-in-law Ragland. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Rhoads (Sheila) of Waco and Shelly Ragland of Hawley; and his niece Rebekah Keller (Daniel).
