She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Stevenson and Augusta Stevenson (Hueter); her husband Frank Blakely; and her siblings, Russell Stevenson, Loye Dale Stevenson and Leaella Mae Stevenson.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Ferguson (Tricia) of Watonga and Sandra Earp (Brent) of Grand Lake, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Cody Ferguson of Lookeba, Jayde Ferguson of Watonga, Joshua Taylor (Rebecca) of Fort Drum and Casey Sharp of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Dekker Ferguson of Weatherford, Jaxxon Ferguson of Weatherford, Rylee Taylor of Fort Drum and Josie Taylor of Fort Drum. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sickles Community Church (14021 County Street 2550, Lookeba, OK 73053).
