He was predeceased by: his father Allen; his former wife Betty; his daughter Theresa; and his granddaughter Theresa Ann Moore. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Arlene Vreeland, Keith Allen Lutsko, Donna Walton, Ann Moore, Kimberly Ruhman, Kevin Wheeler, Jeremiah Wheeler and Madison Wheeler; and his siblings, Marilyn Noel and Randy Lutsko. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rivercrest Chapel (13329 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Clement's Catholic Church (15501 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008). A burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at the Bixby Cemetery (6498 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008).
