She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Ellis (Kellie) and Kathy Combs (Harold); her children, Kennedy Wadsworth and Tanner Wadsworth; her half-sister Erin; her stepsiblings, Andrew Combs (Alison), Courtney and Michelle; her aunts and uncles, Eva Rosencutter (Danny), Peggy Ruble (Bill), Bruce Ellis (Julie) and Mark Ellis (Trina); and her cousins, Brian Rosencutter (Courtney), Jeff Rosencutter and Bryce Ruble (Alex).
