He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William Cummisky II and Imogene Cummisky (Palmer); and his siblings, Wayne, Rodney, David and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley May Cummisky; his children, Teresa Sellers (David), Cricket Letourneau and Arthur "Butch" Cummisky IV (Melanie); his grandchildren, Rick Letourneau, Amy Tate (Alex), Quinn Cummisky and Calvin Cummisky; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Levi Tate. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the RiverCrest Chapel and Event Center (13329 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008).
