She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene and Alberta Maxine Hastings (Enlow); and her husband George Fugate. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Owen and Mike Fugate (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Samuel Owen, Kaitlyn Morakot, Shelby Pedigo, Claire Fugate and Zoe Cothran; and her sisters, Joyce Gold (Don) and Benna Kay Winn. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
