We are sad to announce that, on January 17, 2026, at the age of 79, Billy Gene McKown (Bixby, Oklahoma), born in Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Theodore McKown and Sabra Madge McKown; and his siblings, Charles R. "Buddy" McKown, Jimmy Dean McKown, Nancy Barnes, Patrica Collins and Chapman.
He is survived by: his spouse Lianne McKown; his brother Bobby McKown (Sherry); his children, Bryan McKown (Sheri), Brandon McKown (Kendall) and Krista McKown; and his stepsons, David Beasley Jr. (Lori) and Rich Beasley (Cyndi). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces; nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation, in memory of Bill.
