With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte McGowan (Bixby, Oklahoma), born in Sulphur, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Cagle and Gladys Cagle (Magby); and her brother Jerry Cagle. She is survived by: her husband Lyle McGowan; her children, Teresa Nelson (Philip) of Tontitown, Mike McGowan of Collinsville and Angela McGowan (Juan Canham) of Oakland, California; her grandchildren, Courtney Miller of Independence, Hayden Linam of Siloam Springs, Cassandra Nelson of Overland Park, Michael Chad McGowan, Jr. of Tulsa, Elizabeth Symonds of Claremore and Kate McGowan of Collinsville; and her brothers, Danny Cagle of Tulsa and David Cagle of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
