She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leonard and Mary Ellis (Lane); her siblings, Billie Jo Denney, Mary "Sissie" Savage, Debbie Kay Root, Gerlene Roberts, Butch Ellis and Larry Ellis; and her great grandchild Braden Lee Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Herschel Edwards; her daughters, Tammy Ritter of Glenpool and Jeana Malone (Brian) of Bixby; her grandsons, Joshua Ritter (Tracy) of Bixby, Christopher Ritter of Sand Springs, OK, Justin Malone (Adrienne) of Mounds, OK and Robert Malone (Melissa) of Leonard, OK; and her siblings, Audrey Morgan of Bixby, Paula Canady of Cushing, OK and Leonard Dale Ellis of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and longtime friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home (6521 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bixby First Baptist Church (6020 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008).
