She was predeceased by: her parents, Tulsa Odell Taylor and Mary Rosalee Taylor (Ratcliff); and her siblings, Paul J. Bradley Sr., Sylvia Lucille Minielly, Geneva Odell Ketchum, Ronald Lee Taylor and Robert Thomas Taylor (Bobby).
She is survived by: her husband Carl William Dobbs Jr. (Bill); and her children, Lola Mae Dobbs, Carl W. Dobbs III (Tammy) of Newcastle, Carla Byrd (Rodney Byrd) of Colorado Springs and Carol Reinart (Todd Reinart) of Wellston.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bixby Free Will Baptist Church (15801 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008).
