He is survived by: his wife Carol Ravenkamp; his siblings, Jack Hasz and Rita Riddle; his son Dennis Hasz (Rene'e); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Kendra Avery (Micah); his children, Danene Moulin (Chris), Michael Moulin (Becca), Elijah Moulin, Matthew Moulin (Rachelle), Jessica and Faith; his great grandchildren, Darren Hasz (Stacy), Jenna Swindell (Zachary), Dylan Hasz and Luke Hasz (Mary Jane); his sister Jeanette Schwartz; and his nephew Roger Hasz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.

In honor of Gary, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Victory Christian School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
